Walk Walk! Fast walk!! (Be your own doctor)

Walking all the way and making yourself pyshically healthy is something a important advise said by doctor. But what is the actual funda behind?

Hope the side image gives all the clear picture of what is going to be in the article.
It is all accupuncture it deals with. When you fast walk your foot completely gets the pressure it needs for regulating other parts of the body. But when you jog or run your toes doesn't mostly rest on floor and also the amount of pressure to be exerted for a period is not achieved. When your are fast walking the purpose is satisfied.
So what is really a aerobic fast walk should be like. You should wear a soft footwear which should distribute the pressure equally to all the areas without damaging your foot wiht over pressure or roughness. The duration everyday you have to walk (corresponds to distance)and the amount of pressure (corresponds to how fast you walk) will count for your better health.

Mind - The Biological Clock (Be your time Master)

Mind - The biological clock seems more like a mystery isn't it. It is not we know the answer but our ignorance has made it invisible. So what is the reason for waking up early morning is:

The day before exam we sleep we generally go to sleep with following general thoughts in mind like :"Morning I should complete revising the chapters 1,2,3 and 4; Morning I should have a glance at Chapter 5; Morning I should have my tools like pen, scale etc ready; Morning should check my bike and packet money; Morning have to go to temple; etc..." and the next day morning we get up at the time we thought of. Many say it is the exam fear. How to analyse this is ? the solution for understanding our Biological clock. The key here is all around the word "Morning" when we are making the checklist of what to be done in morning everything we keep track with respect to the Morning context which our mind has set a time which we are not vivid but it is like a label which has a value inside it.
So all we have done there is we have repeatedly used the label and set the time again and again in our mind deep and clear without knowing exactly that we are doing something like that. Our mind is like something which when is continuously exposed or fed with something will keep track it deep inside. So automatically the time gets in mind and morning we get up at rite time.

The second one regarding "jet lag" is nothing but a mere asynchronous clock. If we are getting exposed to something for few hours itself our mind will keep track of it. We are following our daily schedule for long time and it is set in mind deeply and our whole body system is accoustomed to that only. When we change to some geogrpahical time(GT) zone our biological (BT) which will be asynchronous with the GT. Always we try to adapt to situation and that is the key for EVOLUTION. So we
evolve a little by setting our BT to the GT currently and get accoustom to it. So we loose jet lag slowly. But if you see when return to our same home town also we will feel the jet lag but overcoming that will be less complicated since it is the one ever existing in our mind.

So only comes the lesson by lot of people that "Before going to bed
just think of the time at which you want to get up clearly in mind and
picturise it clearly and very clearly."
Then you are the time master
of our own Biological Clock.

Mind - The biological clock

The strong proof that human brain has a biological clock within himself is a
proven fact. But how are we going to recognise it. Here are some proves from my understanding of "who am I?"
1. When we were going to school and college times. During exam days we will get up morning exactly in the time we want and we will do the task we thought of doing and go for exams. But we can't continuously get up at the same time on other days, why? Morning we get up and at the scheduled time the tasks start to be executed on exam day. But how come this one is getting possible in time of exams but not to strictly follow in long run?

2. When people from one geographical time zone go to other geographical time zone they find "jet lag". What is it? Why is it?

Post your comments about your understanding on this?
Wait for answer in next artivle

Sigmund Freud

I was happy to get introduced to ideas of Sigmund Freud.
For many it will be the same was as i am felt when
my friend Durai said to me his name first.
"Some familiar kinda name but not exactly able to figure out
who he is".

He is the one who analysed human brain exactly by psychoanalysis
and gave way for a new era of science called the psychology
which was lame there before.

Have a look at the following link
Sigmund Freud.

Believe me or not what is known is the tip of the iceberg.
