Traffic rules

Traffic rules in our country are good and laid carefully to overcome congestion and accidents.
But is the goal succeded?
What is the reason?
The rule creators are the rule breakers. The thought in the mind of vehicle owners that their mistake is not going to carried for their future actions. That is when a accident is made by a person or he is creating nuisance in traffic his insurance should have a mark of what he did so that in the future if he again does the same he will be punished severly.
I don't want to say to put hard rules but to strict the already rules for this is for the people not for us.
This is my opinion. what is urs?

Open manhole and unattended pits on the road

Today lets talk the issue which every day we meet, we get irritated by it but no reponse from our side and from government side. It is the open manhole and unattended pits on the road.
A new road is laid in city which has high traffic density and high humidity. Within a month the manhole is opened and for drainage problem it is attended by digging the road. Is it compulsory to have all the drainage manhole in and within the road premise?
Even after attending the mark left without proper closing is something creating lot of accidents in a road. Due to careless driving the people who pass by these improperly closed manhole meet accidents.
Another case is a road laid newly will be opened by PWD water supply or cable system to make alterations. The flat road becomes a crooked wavery contour street. This creates lot of traffic problems.
What is the reason for all these things?
There is not cooperation between the government departments. Will take a call or a mail or a messenger for a day to know from the water supply department whether the water supply issues in an area is cleared? But the road is laid and the water supply just opens the road the next day. Or can't the water supply know the plans of road laying department?
When there is passage only we can walk. when there is no passage we have to panic only. It is what happening now. Is this to increase the revenue of the government or the officials?

WHAT IS THE SOLUTION????

When there is going to be a construction of road in an area proper notification from the other departments to clearance to lay the road should be got stating that remaining works are done properly there by their department. The dependancy between the departments my be increased. If after laying the road if the road is tampered by the water supply or any department their activity will be affected in their growth in the department in the salary and whereever they go.

you may ask me if there is going to be some unexpected problem for somedepartment below the road so it has to open . Isn't it?.
My answer is why to keep a problem below the road keep it away from the road.

IF WE FIX THE ROAD CAN'T WE LAY SMOOTH ROADS TO DRIVE SAFELY TO REDUCE THE ACCIDENTS AND SMOOTHEN THE TRAFFIC FLOW. WON'T THE REVENUE OF OUR COUNTRY INCREASE?

People below poverty line in INDIA - a special case

Hi all,
Today i want to say something about what i faced today. There are lot of people below poverty line in INDIA. In them many are called as beggars. I don't want to use that name to identify them.
What is the special case I want to say here? Ladied with infants in hand and pester for money. I won't say it is only there in INDIA. But in all over the world they are present. What is the issue of this with regards to INDIA. The proportion is what bothering me for this post.
In the world mothers affection and fathers affection is something which money can't by even now. Will a mother allow they child to starve in sunlight crying for money. A beloved mother will try her level best to bring up her child but not by the way of standing in traffic or in front of public gatherings and asking money.
So what is real? These ladies for the sake of money use the poverty line of mothers to get their child for such things without full heart due to family situation.
Why is the respective authority for these issues are not talking such heart hurting cheats. I don't want to leave it as such.

Solution IS ANY?

Yes there is always a solution for all the issues.
Get these people rescue the child from the them and find their mother to first feed the child properly. Now try to give them some jobs which they can take over from their home based on their qualification so that in the future the child will be a literate and in a new world of life. By this jobs can be increased, revenue can be increased for the government. A department of officials can be created to do such acitivities. A major thing to take care is these ladies due to poverty they are forced to do such things so even they do mistakes should be treated properly to recover in life with humblness but not humiliated.

This is my opinion. What is urs? what the government opine in this? Will it change this case in INDIA?



LET THE FUTURE OF INDIA NEED NOT START AS A STARVING CHILDL. LET THE CHILD NOT START THE DAY WITH TEARS. BUT THE CHILD START THE DAY WITH THE GIFT OF SMILE.

My B'day

Today is my B'day.
Many of my friends wished.
Some whom i expect to wish me didn't wish.
For past b'days i use to worry why a few didn't wish me.
But this time i didn't worry for that.
For I didn't expect anything from anyone.
I thought let me expect the unexpected than to expect the expected.

My B'day was happy than before but people interaction was less and i was in office for the whole day with work.

Return from US

Today i returned from US.
That was a nice trip.
Good environment.
